Peanut Butter Pudding

Peanut Butter Pudding

It’s always nice to have a dessert ready in the refrigerator. This pudding is great for dessert or a snack and takes very little prep time.

Whip the cream until medium peaks form. The whipping cream whips better if it is cold. Chilling the bowl before whipping the cream will help also. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix well.

Combine the peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix well.

Reserve enough of the whipped cream to top the pudding and add the remaining amount to the peanut butter mixture and stir until combined.

Spoon into dessert dishes and chill. A 9″ pie plate can be used instead of individual dishes. Before serving top with the extra whipped cream. I like to pipe it on with my large decorating tip.
