Warmer weather is here! Time to get out the grill and start cooking outside! This grilled salmon recipe is another long time family favorite! The mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar and honey make it so fantastic.

Besides being so tasty, this is soooo easy! Combine the seasoned fillets with marinade, refrigerate for a couple of hours, and then grill for about 15 minutes. Perfect every time. Enjoy!
Grilled Salmon
An easy family favorite! We have been making this grilled salmon for many years!
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
Salmon
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- lemon pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt, to taste
Marinade
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of the salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Gently rub the spices into the fillets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Place salmon in gallon-size ziplock bag, pour in marinade, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill and discard marinade.
- Cook salmon 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy!
