Ingredients
Salmon

salmon fillets
lemon pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
Marinade

cup
soy sauce
1/3
cup
packed dark brown sugar
1/4
cup
water

vegetable oil

tablespoons
honey
Instructions
Sprinkle both sides of the salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Gently rub the spices into the fillets.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
Place salmon in gallon-size ziplock bag, pour in marinade, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill and discard marinade.
Cook salmon 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy!
