Get Ready for St. Patrick’s Day!

Need a quick dessert for St. Patrick’s Day? These Brownie Drops are so yummy –
top them with green or white frosting and your choice of sprinkles or
decorate with Fruity Pebbles for a colorful spring look.
Follow recipe below and bake on parchment paper or non-stick silicone mat.
They will fill your kitchen with the wonderful smell of chocolate!
You will want to eat one just as soon as they are cool enough to handle!
While cookies are cooling, mix up the frosting – mix until light and fluffy.
You might want to add green food coloring to the frosting
to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – and a bit of holiday confetti.
Have you noticed that Fruity Pebbles are now are everything from cakes to doughnuts to cookies? They add a beautiful color and a fun crunch – I added a few green shamrocks for fun.
If you have a bit more time, you could mix up a batch of sugar cookies and decorate them. I have been experimenting with sugar cookie and royal icing recipes. This website has some wonderful recipes – and lots of inspiration.
