The Big Sandwich is a family favorite at our home. It is great for parties, Sunday night – – or anytime! It can be made ahead and baked when needed. This recipe makes a large batch, so I often make a half batch, shown in the photos below.

Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 3.5 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 2 ounces shaved ham
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out one loaf of thawed bread dough the size of a large baking sheet. Transfer to a parchment lined or greased baking sheet.
- Layer the cheddar cheese, pepperoni, ham, ground beef and mozzarella cheese on top of the dough.
- Roll out the second loaf and place it on top of layers.
- Pinch the edges together to seal and fold over. Use a fork to finish the edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Spread a little butter over the crust right after removing from the oven. Enjoy!
