I recently made these Spinach Lasagna Rollups from yummly.com. I like recipes that can easily be reduced to small servings because we are not fans of leftovers at this house. I followed the recipe except I used my homemade tomato sauce instead of canned tomatoes and fresh baby spinach instead of frozen. Of course I used my home grown herbs. My lasagna rolls were not quite as picture perfect as the original post but they sure tasted good!
