
When I was organizing my freezer last weekend, I came across a bag of cranberries and decided to make this Orange Cranberry Bread. Cranberries are a favorite of mine, and I think too often we reserve them just for the holidays. Since they have such a wonderful flavor and color we should bake with them more often.

This Orange Cranberry Bread was quick and easy to make and delicious! The combination of the sweet oranges and tart cranberries made the perfect flavor combination. The berries also added a pop of bright color!

Because you use freshly squeezed orange juice and zest in the bread and the glaze, this bread is just bursting with citrus flavor. The simple glaze is drizzled on once the bread is cooled. So moist and flavorful – if you like cranberries you will want to try this recipe! Enjoy!
