These Peanut Butter Filled Brownie Cookies were the monthly challenge on Sally’s Baking Blog this month. You basically make little peanut butter balls out of peanut butter and powdered sugar and then place in the freezer to chill. The brownie batter is mixed up and also chilled. Then you take a scoop of the chilled brownie batter, make an indentation with your thumb and fill it with a peanut butter ball. Add a bit more brownie batter on top and roll it into a ball and bake.
Each cookie looks a little bit different, but each one is equally delicious! Amazing flavors blended together to create irresistible treats! Enjoy!
