Spring Pasta Primavera

Spring Pasta Primavera

I love it when fresh spring vegetables arrive at the store! My favorite vegetables combine with pasta to make a light, delicious meal. Just add a crusty dinner roll and dinner is ready.

Pasta Primavera

Look at the colors from the asparagus, yellow pepper, zucchini and tomatoes. If you want, you could add a cut-up rotisserie chicken. Use the link below for the recipe:

Basil Aristotle

Do you like the cute little basil garnish?

I planted some of this Basil Aristotle earlier this spring and was anxious to try it. This basil has tiny, fragrant leaves with the classic basil taste and aroma. This is the first year I have planted it, but it is supposed to be one of the easiest types of basil to grow and should work well in patio gardens and containers. This basil prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It will be fun to experiment with this summer.

Enjoy! Happy Spring!
