Soup is such a good comfort food! Using your Instant Pot, you can make hearty, delicious soups in about half the time as cooking them on the stove. This was a new recipe for me -it is loaded with sweet butternut squash – but it also has carrots, celery, a Granny Smith apple, along with garlic, sage leaves and fresh thyme. Velvety smooth!

The entire process is done in the Instant Pot – from crisping up the bacon to making the soup! You could also sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on the top – or use a few fresh sage leaves on top for decoration. Just what you need on a cold fall evening!
