Chocolate Supreme Pie

This is another family favorite. It’s so quick and easy and oh, so good!

Beat the pudding mix with the milk for 2 minutes. Add ice cream (I set this out a few minutes before to soften) and mix at low speed. Fold in whipped topping reserving some for the top or whip your own cream.

Pour into a 9″ graham cracker crust. I make my own crust using 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and 6 Tablespoons melted butter but a store bought crust works wonderfully.

Top with remaining whipped topping and chill. Very simple and easy to make ahead.

The pie is also good frozen.
