Bake Candy Cane Kiss Cookies for Christmas

These festive Candy Cane Christmas cookies are a fun play on the Peanut Blossoms cookies we usually make. So easy! Just mix up the dough, roll into balls and then roll the balls in holiday sprinkles and bake. Cool slightly and pop a Candy Cane Kiss in the middle of each cookie. Stick in the freezer for just a few minutes so that the kisses don’t melt.

Such pretty little cookies! Kids would love to roll the balls in sprinkles.

The recipe, from Sally’s Baking Blog, includes Vanilla and Chocolate versions of Candy Cane Kiss cookies.

The chocolate cookies are very much like Chocolate Crackle cookies, except you add the candy cane kiss in the middle. I added a few holiday sprinkles to add a touch of color and sparkle.
