Beavertail State Park

Beavertail State Park is one of my favorite places to visit. It is located on the southern end of Conanicut Island in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island.

The scenery is so beautiful! People say it is one of the most beautiful spots on the New England coastline.

It is the perfect spot to just sit back on the rocky shoreline, or bring a chair and sit in the grassy areas, and just watch the boats sail by.

I love watching the water as the waves come in and crash on the rocks.

You can go fishing, climb on the rocks or just enjoy the fresh salt air.

You can see Newport, RI, off in the distance. Newport is another fun place to visit – delicious food, so much history, gorgeous “summer cottages” (mansions) to tour and shopping.

If you are on the east coast, stop by Beavertail State Park – you will love it!

Enjoy!!!!!
