2 1/2cupsBisquick Baking mix
4tablespoonscold butter
1cupgrated cheddar cheese
3/4cupcold milk
1/4 teaspooongarlic powder
2 tablespoonsmelted butter
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter. Don't mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix until just combined.Drop approximately 1/4 cup portions of the dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 minutes or until the top of biscuits are light brown.Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes in a small bowl and then use a pastry brush to brush on the top of the hot biscuits.
