Mix the warm water, yeast, sugar and 2 cups flour; let rise until bubbly. Then add the oil, eggs, remaining flour and salt.. Mix well. Let rise; work down. If you prefer, let dough rise again.In a skillet, brown the meat. Add enough sauce to coat the meat. It should resemble sloopy joes.Divide dough in two parts. On a floured surface, roll out each into a large square or rectangle. Using a pizza wheel, cut the dough into nine squares. Place the grated cheese on each bun and then top with the meat mixture and any other vegetables or toppings preferred. Bring the corners up and seal well. Place sealed side down on a greased or lined cookie sheet. Let rise. If the filling was put in warm this will not take very long. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until browned. Cover with a little melted butter after removing from oven and before serving.
