1teaspoonHeath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits, optional
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients, except the Toffee Bits, in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour into a 8-10 ounce mug. Sprinkle a few toffee bits (or mini chocolate chips) over the top, if desired.
Cook in the microwave for approximately 1 minute. If cake is not done, heat an addtional 10-15 seconds. Let cake cool for just a few minutes before eating. Best when eaten warm!
