Laurie's Homemade Guacamole
Great for a healthy snack or light dinner!

Ingredients

avocados, chopped

Roma tomato, chopped

chopped onion

minced garlic

lime juice

kosher salt
Dash
freshly ground pepper
Fresh cilantro, parsley or basil to taste
Instructions
Mix chopped avocado, tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice together in a bowl. Can add fresh cilantro, parsley or basil to taste.
Can put all the ingredients in the blender and pulse on chop setting for 10-15 seconds.
Best served immediately, but can be covered and refrigerated and served the next day.
