Place Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzel rods, peanuts and M&Ms in a large bowl. Set aside.
Place parchment sheet on a large baking sheet. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and shortening or coconut oil and microwave it at 50% power in 30-second increments until chips are melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to combine.
Place the mix on the baking sheet and push down evenly with plastic spatula.
Place the baking sheet in a refrigerator for at least 20 minutes until set. Then break into clumps and store in an airtight container. YUM! Enjoy!

*You can add more M&Ms to make these look extra festive! I put in about 11 extra ounces of M&Ms after it was mixed up - adds a pop of color to your Christmas Crack.
