19" pie crust (Refrigerated or make your own)
1tart apple, like Jonathon or Granny Smith
1/4cup melted butter
1/4 cupsugar
1 teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll the pie crust into a 9" circle and cut into 8 wedge-shaped pieces. Place melted butter in a small bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in another small bowl.
Core and peel the apple and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each apple piece in the melted butter and then the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on a cut wedge piece of the pie crust, toward the outer edge.
Roll the crust towards the point of the wedge, dip in melted butter and sugar-cinnamon mixture and place on foil-lined or parchment lined baking sheet. Continue with all apple pieces and pie crust wedges.
